Can't enter a server, it crashes on the Loading Bar

**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Multiple times
**System specifications 8gb Ram, 960 4gb, I7 Processor.
**What did you do to get this issue? No idea
**What server did you get this issue on? WHITELISTED USA HUMANITY RP

Also add what you already tried so far.

I’ve uninstalled FiveM, Uninstalled GTA 5, Reinstalled both, Clear cache multiple times. I don’t know what to do. They say it’s my fault not the servers. But I believe it’s a bug with the server
