Cant download the mods to join a server

What is the issue you’re having?

whenever im trying to join this server it keeps on saying “resourcecachedevice reporting failure downloading resource.rpf: HTTP 500: stat of file failed. error code from libuv no such file or directory.” and after its done “downloading” the mods it says error 403 client error and doesnt let me join ive been trying for 3 days now

i have cleared my cache multiple times
