i have tried with opera,firefox,microsoft edge and chrome and i have still error

Disable any antivirus and adblock that you’re running and see if you can grab it then.

Have you ever tried installing a pirated FiveM? It might be there’s an entry in your system’s hosts file blocking access.

Press the Windows key. Type Notepad in the search field. In the search results, right-click Notepad and select Run as administrator. From Notepad, open the following file: c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts Remove “127.0.0.1 runtime.fivem.net” from the file Remove anything else that contains fivem from the file Click File > Save to save your changes.
