Cant connect to server after 3 attempts

Important parts

**What is the issue you’re having?will download all assets and get to connecting to server but will hang and stop after three attempts.

**What are you trying to do?load into any city server

**What have you tried already to fix the issue?full reinstall of game and fivem disabled all firewall and antivirus on system as well as dns flush and setting a set DNS of 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1

**What did you do to get this issue?after a server maintenance restart I had this problem

**What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!I’ve tried entering devious as well as all sister citys and vp rp yet all give the same error

Hi, first of all I apologize for my bad grammar.
I have a similar issue. From one day to another when I entered to FiveM the server list take too many time to full load the server list, and then when I enter to any server it takes a lot of time to download the content manifest and then in the “connecting to server part” fails at attempt 3. I tried literally everything, even formatted my computer and buyed a brand new SSD m.2 but the issue is still there.

I looked in this forum on other post from like 2019 with a similar issue and tried their solutions (back then this forum had more community activity) but nothing worked.
