This isn’t exactly the right place to post this, I don’t think there IS a right place to post this. However this is all for the purpose of playing RedM and having the correct username’s across the board for easier whitelisting and such.
I’ve been trying to change my username on cfx however there is no option in my preferences to do so.
The guide says send a message to Moderator group, I have no option to do that either.
When I do click on ‘message a staff member’ it takes me to the cfx about page, the only thing to click on here is the discord for critical help.
I joined the discord, accepted the rules, however I can’t post anywhere. I thought it might be a time thing for moderation but it’s been well over the time.
I’m at a complete loss so my last port of call is posting here in the outlandish hope that someone, somewhere, knows something.
You can message the moderators group from your message composer. Under your profile, navigate to messages:
From there you can create a new message:
And select the moderators group as such:
That’s the problem, I don’t have that option
I’m not sure why your mobile view does not have a create message button. I’ll shoot you a message instead. In case this happens to anyone else, I’d recommend following the steps on a PC if the button doesn’t show.

That’s because you have a low trust level. Once you become more active you’ll receive access to more functions.
