Can't buy anything that takes my character out of body

when I attempt to buy a gun or a car, it won’t select the options to select a car or a gun in their respective menus, no matter what arrow keys I click or what I press it will not make a selection on the menu that pops up to purchase a vehicle, and I seem to be the only person with the problem, I’ve done everything all the way down to re-downloading a 70+Gb game, and it’s still happening, I can’t even pull an ambulance out to do my EMS shifts, regular stores work just fine for food, lock picks, repair kits, etc.

Also add what you already tried so far. uninstalled and reinstalled GTA V And FiveM, deleted and redownloaded the Cache

this would be a server side issue, contact the server owners to see if they can look into the problem.
