Can't Boot FiveM but normal GTA V has no issues

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 10 Education (1803)
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications Intel Core I7-8750H, 16GB DDR4 Ram, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design - (Razor Laptop 2018)
What did you do to get this issue? Launching the FiveM Launcher
What server did you get this issue on? Didn’t make it to the sever selection.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have reinstalled GTA 5 via Steam. Verified it. No errors.

Made sure GTA 5 works normally. ( Works fine )

Error 1 Folder: Launching the FiveM.exe and letting it run and download all the required files. Couldn’t find GTA5.exe. Looked into the GTA Launcher log looks like its trying to boot from “FiveM\FiveM.app\cache\subprocess” instead of GTA5 file from steam.

Error 2 Folder: Moved the GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe from FiveM’s game cache folder into the subprocess folder. Renamed the files as they was named GTA5.exe_8939c8c71aa98ad7ca6ac773fae1463763c420d8 and GTAVLauncher.exe_0962fb5a39d9ec40d4fce2ac636ef11dcd0457cf. See the Error 2 folder as this made another error. Error 1 is fixed however…

Error 3 Folder: Deleted GTA5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe from the subprocess folder and replaced it with the ones from the GTA Steam Folder. Deleted the Cache.xml file. Same error as Error 2.

All Error Folder’s should contain a GTA Launcher Log, CitizenFX.log and the relevant pictures per error.

Misc contains CitizenFX.ini, Cache.xml, cache.dat and socialclub_launcher.log

Any help would be nice.

So Reinstalled windows and this seem to fix the error…
