Can't be on the server queue at the same time as my brother

I am experiencing a very weird problem that started happening after logging into my brother’s pc with my steam account. We both can’t be in a server queue at the same time. If he logs in first and gets assigned a spot in the queue, I will get his spot if I log in. One time he quit the game immediately after reaching the character screen, and I was able to login instantly on my pc without waiting. It seems like something happened where FiveM thinks we are using the same account, but we both have separate steam and rockstar social club accounts. I reached out to one of the server’s owners and he said it was not a problem from their end. They have two staff members that play together in the same room frequently. This only started happening after I logged into my steam account on his computer. Before this, I was able to be on a queue and at spot 4 for example and he would be 5.

Here is what we have done so far on both computers,

Deleted cache
Re-installed FiveM
Re-installed Steam
Deleted the local app data files
re-logged into social club
Used a vpn

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements on both computers then login again

I reached out to one of the server’s owners and he said it was not a problem from their end.

It is, since FiveM does not contain any ‘account services’ or use any user identifiers.
