Can't accede to some servers,stuck on loading screen

Sometimes i can’t accede to some server that i usually do,i get stuck on loading forever,please check the screenshot.
What can i do to solve this?
I think it may be connection related.

need your CitizenFX.log file not your CitizenFX.ini file, is Windows 7 fully up to date? and all your drivers?
