Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? None
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? It was disabled before initial install

What is the issue you’re having? I initially installed FiveM today, but was having issues of Rockstar linking to my Steam because I hadn’t played GTA V at all. After launching the game and playing through the first mission, I closed the game and attempted to launch FiveM and this message appeared.

What are you trying to do? Launch FiveM so I can get on a RP server

What have you tried already to fix the issue? I have uninstalled and re-installed and still getting same error message

This is a FiveM problem it isnt client side. You will just have to wait until it gets fixed. If you look at the google page for FiveM there are currently 0.0k People playing FiveM right now.
