Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Disabled and reinstalled FiveM with it disabled
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

  • I have changed FiveM.exe into windows 8 compatibility mode
  • Deleted caches.xml
  • Disabled antivirus and reinstalled FiveM
  • Deleted CitizenFX folder in appdata/roaming
  • Disabled Pause Game on Focus Loss in gta5
  • Verified GTAV files

This .dll is crashing you;

Please preform your on research on why it might crash. This has nothing to do with FiveM.

Thank you, you are great. After a quick bit of research it appears to be an issue with the drivers for my graphics card. It should be an easy fix, thank you for setting me in the right direction!
