Any time I try to join any session, it loads everything properly but after HostState changes to HS_JOINING it starts going back and forth with “ GetPresenceServers, GetLocationInfoFromIP” I’ve let it run for a couple of hours without anything else happening.

I think that you need a fully updated version of windows 7 for it to work but you will still have some issues running the game, so I recommend you to upgrade to windows 10.
same issue here. i can join a server on my laptop though but it lags alot since my laptop dosen’t have the required specs. so i technically can’t play fivem either. i have red square and the repeating sentences too
