Purchases can only be transferred to a different account once to prevent an abusive market in ‘used’ digital content.
Similarly so, asset purchases are meant for server owners, not players - one should see the transfer feature as a ‘gift’ feature, not as a ‘temporarily lend out’ feature.
(this does mean that the original buyer will have to buy the product again to use it a future time)
