Can someone make a web interfaced ban/whitelist/kick script?

Hello,
I own a FiveM server and i want to get a webinterfaced system where my Moderators just can type in the In game name or id or something then choice about to ban, kick or whitelist and if they choice ban it sends a request to the the server to ban and the player gets banned. Same with whitelist or kick.
I would really appriciate if someone have enough time to help me with this.

I build a complete webinterface for SidewaysInc. This is just a “ripoff” and compact version of the usermanagement. You can see every user on every of your servers and kick or ban them just with a klick on a button. It also lists the IP and SteamID ( if logged into steam) and ping. Just the whitelist is missing but there’s kick and ban options.

i am using that currently. we wanted it for our own forum websites, like a plugin intergrated with a login script and all.

You can pretty much modify it to work with any forum software though. Might be helpful if you list your forum software so others can actually make it happen if they feel like it.
