**What did you do to get this issue?**I wanted a new military ped so I changed it out in my gta directory
What server did you get this issue on?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.i deleted the custom military files from the gta directory/x64e.rpf

Go to steam. Right click on gta 5, go down to properties and click on that, then go to local files at the top of the tab that has just opened, and finally click on verify integrity of game files.

This will re install any broken or corrupt files
