Can not see the font of just a small bar

My problem is that you can not see the font of just a small bar.
If someone knows how it can be fixed?

Contact the server owner about this issue as it appears to be a resource causing this.

Try not using any ‘insane’ screen resolution. If you want to do resolution scaling for the purposes of antialiasing, do so using the game ‘frame scaling’ feature.
