Can not find data file for vehicleweapons_f22a.meta

I downloaded the https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/northrop-natf-23-add-on the addon aircraft. then it has vehicleweapons_f22a.meta file. I can not find the correct data file for this meta file please help.
