So I want to place some real life brands’ logos like Discord or Patreon, probably in the future X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. This is legal to use it only in loading screen instead of ‘blank’ text? This will be on the bottom of the screen and it will redirect to my project’s discord server, patreon etc. I couldn’t find anything about it, personally I think it’s legal, but it’s better to ask yeah? Thanks for every answer :D!

On the loading screen it should be fine as you’re using those to advertise stuff related to your server; I wouldn’t use those logos anywhere else though for safety.

never come to the internet for legal advice. you aren’t licensed to use brands anywhere in the server… server owners dont pay the branding licenses to use company brands. the brand owners wont just ask you to take down improper advertising, they will also sue you for any damages to the brand as well as backdated charging for brand licensing. copyright infringement doesn’t exclude kids in the court either.
example: If you want to use a brand such a Nike, you should digitally change the brand to Niko or something like that. ADIDAS - ADUDAS, Balenciaga - Fromagio, etc.
Ferrari sues people for simply removing the badges off their cars. Not worth it, at the end of the day, the real serious RP players don’t care whether they drive a Corvette or a Coquette. the brands aren’t why we initially built FiveM.
since the recent Rockstar acquisition of FiveM, developers have been going back and changing all of the brand badges on the vehicles. that’s all it takes to get safe.

I assume this is for the purpose to advertise your respective facebook, twitter, youtube etc. pages? Then this should be entirely legal as long as you adhere to their guidelines.

This. Follow the guidelines set forth by the various services for acceptable use of their imagery and you should be fine.
