Can i edit map mods?

i have a couple of map mods installed, like a updated frankins house and a updated better sandy shores on my fxserver, they are the two that are causing me problems, trees in buildings, 2 continuously exploding trailers etc, is there any way of me editing them and say deleting the tree and the trailers??

Use Map Editor and do what u want. Dont forget restream edited version to your server.
