Can i create a database without phpmyadmin?

Hello, I’m making a new server and I was trying to use the MySQL community server to create my database! But doesn’t work…! I search everything, and watch a lot of YouTube videos but everyone works with phpmyadmin and HeidiSQL…! Please somebody help!

Those are both things to access the MySQL server, if you got the MySQL server installed use one of those to import the .sql files into it.

I did but it doesn’t work when I open with it! it runs well the MySQL-sync but when server starts it shows an error!
ERROR: [mysql-async] [ERROR] ER_NOT_SUPPORTED_AUTH_MODE: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

yeah, that. ask the author of ‘mysql-async’ to update the client they bundle
