Can I add this resource in my server?

Hi I downloaded a map pack resource from 5m Servers, I’m running qbcore server however this pack has name brand mlos like shell gas station, wingstop, Nike clothing Mc Donald’s etc. Then the next day I go to fly in my server and cfx suspended my account. I emailed cfx 3 times but no reply. Can anyone help me please?

Salut, comme dis dans les “terms” de cfx.re toute marques est strictement interdites en soit cela m’étonnerait qu’ils reviennent sur leurs déciscion…

Cfx will not tell you if something is allowed or not.
However, that store contains stolen assets and of course IRL brands are not allowed to have in your server.
You should not use anything from that website.

So then you’re account isn’t suspended. You are likely using an unauthorized host with a shared IP.

What host are you using and are you on a VPS/dedicated server?

I’m never going to recommend someone to use an unauthorized GSP even if using a VPS/dedi. Since you are using a dedi though you can use a different IP however given the host, it’s likely this issue would occur again.

Fix your ToS violations while you’re at it. Should’ve checked beforehand.

Only buy resources for your server from Tebex-based sites. Sites like the one you mentioned are not legitimate, often selling leaked or stolen assets. In any case name brand assets are not allowed either. When you buy from Tebex you can be sure you’re always getting a legitimate resource that is approved to run on your server. Tebex is the only officially supported platform for creators so you will not find legitimate assets in other places. Those other sites are very misleading.

I my self along with another server use SkailarHost and have gotten the same warning. Did you find a solution?

What does GSP mean I have the same thing going on and I’m using SkailarHost rented server
