I have a server that has whitelisting. My wife just got a PC and is trying to join the server. I whitelisted her like I do everyone else, but it says she is not whitelisted. The kicker is, if I turn off whitelisting entirely, it still says she isnt whitelisted. So, we had her sign into her same steam account on my PC, and she got right past the whitelist and connected. However, it will not connect on her own PC. So, so it has got to be a client issue. I am not sure what to due to fix this. I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Fivem, logged out and back into steam, turned off whitelisting on the server. None of it has allowed her to connect to the server on her PC, but it logs right in on mine.

Edit: I logged her out of steam on her computer and tried signing in with mine. Then the error “Connection Error: an error has prevented deferrals” comes up instead of the " You are not whitelisted" message. Signed out and her steam back in and the “You are not whitelisted” returns. However, we can both connect to the server on my PC still.

How are you doing whitelisting? are you using IP’s? if you are then use the lan ip of her pc for the whitelist.

The whitelisting is using steamID from a whitelist.txt file

This the server being locally hosted?

No it is hosted on zap-hosting. Not dedicated

i would perhaps contact them then about this issue.

I figured it out, I am not 100% sure why it let me log in from my pc with her account but it has to do with fivemqueue.
