Did you allow FiveReborn through your Firewall?
are you using the retail latest version or the downgraded to 1.0.505.2?
On my system, the ROS error is caused by the wrong gta5.exe version.
Rename the gta5.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe in your gta5 folder and run the patch from \FiveReborn\cache\game folder.
That could be enough to downgrade to 1.0.505.2. I am not realy sure at this point, there is no guide for downgrading probably here at fivereborn, so i used the guide from multifive.

@Gruber Should work, you are the only one experiencing this. I’ve several people who can easily play with the steam version without downgrading.

@Boss So I renamed those to .exe files and subbed those in for the ones in my /Grand Theft Auto V folder, but still nothing. The Launcher and Patch still say GTAV isn’t installed. Is there anything left or can I just not run this?
