BulgaR Housing/Properties [VORP] & [RSGCore] & [RedEM:RP]
BulgaR Housing/Properties is a script that allows you to purchase and manage properties on the map.
The script also allows you to manage expired properties that have not been paid for (tax system). A special job can be assigned for this task.
We also have a additional paid add-on that allows you to expand this script with the ability to purchase, place, and manage objects on your property.

Let’s move on to the description of what is included in the BulgaR Housing/Properties script.
Features:
- The ability to purchase any house on the map that has been added to the script configuration.
- Each house has its own stash, and we can set its capacity individually for each house.
- We can attach a Wardrobe to the script menu, but you need to add the warderobe/clothing script function you use in my configuration (Most script have exports to do it so its easy).
- Possibility to purchase an additional script addon for decorating your home, more about it here: BulgaR House Decorations
- Ability to add and remove co-owners of the house.
- Ability to transfer ownership of a house to someone else.
- Ability to sell your house for basically 20% (Depending on how you configure it) of its value, this house will be put back on sale on the map.
- Every owned house requires a regular fee to pay, which is basically a fee for a maximum of 14 days in advance (It can be turned off if you do not want it, all configurable).
- Regular fees can be paid by the owner or co-owners.
- If the house has unpaid recurring fees, it is placed on the real estate agent’s red list.
- Real estate agents can manage expired properties by transferring them to themselves or in some other roleplay way.
- Real estate agents have access to information about every house on the map; and can see who the owners and co-owners of each property are.
- Real estate agents have a nice panel that can be opened with a command or assigned to any custom menu we want, all using the trigger I’ve made available.
- We can enable Discord Logs.
