Bug crashing

What is the issue you’re having?

when i lauch redm on windows the connction to rockstar game is ok. After the verification there is a black windows and i have this message that appear. See the picture bellow

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Open nvida pannel confriguration
change to dXGI
Force NVida to use my rtx 3070 for REdm
unistall and downlad redm
All pilotes are updates
