Correct how can u tell lol plus a it of manual editing my self lol
I use Radiance V and also tweak visualsettings all the time to make my repaints look better than they ever have looked haha.

@bgn I recommend this: https://edrp.city/resources/citizen.zip It is the lighting mod I use, it is also a visual mod and it is amazing and extremely bright. If you only want the bright lights let me know and I will just send the visual setting file. Also, your setting need to be on all the highest settings and direct x 11.

Looks sick. Installing it now, think I’ll enjoy it. I think I have seen it on YouTube somewhere but I had no idea what it was.
