Greetings, ive been playing FiveM alot now the past 5 years. And me myself has owned several servers and have good knowledge of several servers within the Swedish FiveM Community. But ive heard the last year about the agreement that you can’t sell items to your own pocket on FiveM. And as i found out about it today i do have some question, the Agreement im speaking about is the first sentence of the “In layman’s terms” in the FiveM Service Agreement. I belive some of you might now this sentence, but i say it here: Do not try to make money off FiveM in any shady fashion. If you are trying to get any immediate remuneration, you ought to be using approved functionality.
As i know several servers within the Swedish FiveM Community alot of the owners of these servers are selling like “Criminal Packs” and “Car Packs” for around 10$ to 1000$. And its alot of money, and all of these money are not even heading to the pocket of the server, no. It’s heading to the owners pocket to hes car, computer and clothing?
My question is as follow:
Could this server be shutdown for these actions? And if so, how do i report it? As these owners are littarly stealing money childrens. Ive been in several cases where the owner is selling like a “Gang Kit” for littarly 100$ and then banning these kids like minutes after. And this is a owner who also hire hackers and DDos to destroy other servers VPS. So, what could be done? And where do i report this if its even able to report?

These should be reported to your local authorities, because they are breaking the law.
Servers breaching the terms of service or generally being evil on the platform can be reported to abuse@fivem.net.
Note when using Tebex servers are allowed to make profit.
