Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Windows 10

Trying to start a new server through _Citadel Servers. Are they blacklisted?

If not can I get support on how I can get my server unblocked so that I can connect to my server?

Yes they are blacklisted there is no unblacklisting it. either switch to zap-hosting or learn how to setup a server via a Windows/Linux VPS.

Is it a VPS or a game server?

If it’s a VPS it might be falsely blacklisted and you can mail the email provided in the error message with the information asked

Does not matter, they got blacklisted entirely for selling premade game servers.

Either way, I’m not going to argue with the FiveM staff. I asked a question and got an answer, they have their reasoning. So I switched providers and having no issues now!
