There is definitely something wrong with the graphics API, your log is getting spammed with

IDXGISwapChain::Present failed: 8876017c

Since this is a graphics card/api issue, I would recommend running the latest nVidia drivers.

Searching google reveals a couple of things to try:

1.) Open “Nvidia control pannel”
2.) click on “3D settings” - click on “Adjust image settings with preview” - click on “Use the advanced 3D image settings” - click “Apply”
3.) click on “Manage 3D settings” - click on “Program Settings”(it is the tab next to Global Settings)
4.) click on “Add” and add the FiveM executable/app/program to the list
5.) from the list/dropdown “Select the preferred graphics processor for this program” select “High-performance NVIDIA processor” - click “Apply”
