Black screen flickering

GTA V version? – Unknown (Probably the most updated version on steam since there are no downloads pending for it)
Up to date? – Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? – Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? – Steam
Windows version? – Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? – Yes

System specifications – CPU=Intel i7 7700, GPU=GTX 1060 3GB, RAM=16GB (Monitor 1920x1080 144HZ)
What did you do to get this issue? – When looking towards certain areas in-game my screen starts flickering black
What server did you get this issue on? – Every server I go on
CitizenFX.log file – No clue what that is.
.dmp files/report IDs – No clue what that is.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? – No (I don’t see a reason to turn it off since it is a screen issue not a file/folder issue.)

I have tried restarting multiple times and turning V-Sync to “On” mode and “Half” Mode, If I have it on either of those modes it doesn’t do it that often but it still does it.

Did u try to lower graphic settings? also can i get a picture of your plugins folder?

The devs are working on a fix for this issue. It’s currently being tested in the latest Canary update.

I found the issue to be Additional Server Synchronization and ACL, once I disabled it the flickering stopped

The only thing in my plugins folder is the FiveM trainer and the F4 trainer.
