The servers are all on a Dedicated Server if you read the About Me, its in there - the dedicated server runs multiple Game Servers… so why would they setup a Virtual Private Server for? That wouldn’t make any sense…
The automation system automatically sets up the server for you and the database. They help you make sure that your server works fine and if need be transfer your files from your previous host. You can always chat with there Sales Team if you have any further questions that I may can’t answer…
But they should not be running FiveM game servers, only Zap-Hosting are actually permitted to.
There’s multiple hosts that run FiveM Servers, ZAP-Hosting is the OFFICIAL partner who runs FiveM so that’s incorrect. Do your research.

please how do you link your vps to your fivem server, I’ve spent hours trying and don’t know how
@Prosper “Link a VPS to your FiveM Server” does not really makes sence. You need to install a FiveM server on your Windows or Linux VPS, explained here: https://wiki.fivem.net/wiki/Running_FXServer
If you are overwhelmed with a VPS, you can also rent a preconfigured FiveM server

Because i dont think that ovh is overpricing me and i host my fivem server,ts3, etc
If its hosting a fivem gameserver then yes it will be blacklisted.
so basicly everything except zap is blacklisted now so even if you run it off your own pc?
Just other hosting companies. Has nothing to do with home hosted.
oh so i can still take it off my vps and host it off my computer and it wont be blacklist? (plus the portforward) or is it different?
VPS’s are fine its literally just game servers…
like for example ones like the citad server hosting? but if i host my server off ovh will it blacklist it since its hosted off a desktop on ovh’s server? or will it consider it a home hosted
Your over complicating it. You just cant go to a website and buy a fivem server. You can host a fivem server on a vps or dedicated server all you want. You just cant purchase a direct fivem server.

I use a dedicated instance from vultr.com. We are 32/32 most nights of the week with little to no lag. I didn’t care for OVH when I used them for a short stint. OVH is probably the most “budget” friendly tho.
