You will have to wait out the ban. Make sure no programs are injecting into FiveM and maybe secure your steam account further by changing password(s).

2 weeks for no reason for me too 
For God’s sake please remove my ban please, I just wanted to play and you accuse me of cheat being that I was clean ?! I’m impressed by the poor quality of FiveM’s adm …
My ban ID is 1e579970-36d5-4e82-b59b-b97100d47a34_25.
More people seem to share this ban id, meaning your HWID id isn’t unique, so you are either having pirated windows or your pc manufactur didn’t provide your pc with an unique system image
If you are using Geforce Now, dont.
