Is this server still active and is there a limit?
Apparently the server owner is joining the army (unless he already has since 17th September), So I don’t think the community actually still is active. Though the chatting server still exists and this is what he announced himself:

No. Even though if I did send you 250 USD through PayPal. There would’ve been a fee and make you get like 233 USD instead.
Not if you send it using a certain option. PayPal has 2 options to send money, One will take some money, so if you need to get the money back, then they will help you, the second way is just giving someone money with no fees.
