i’ve tried to join the server several times, and delete cache.

we cant really help with the lack of information given, what was the last thing you added before this started happening? stop one resource at a time until it stops and figure out which resource is causing it.

does this happen on other servers or just yours?

Show us your config file but remove any ip’s and passwords/key license.

What does your console show? anything at all?
