What did you do to get this issue? in GTA singlplayer and online i have smooth game and my fps are good but when i go to FiveM, my fps are very low (30-40) i need to fix this but i have no idea about this.
What server did you get this issue on? actually every server

Have you tried playing on the pinned servers at the top? BUT THEY AREN’T RP SERVERS! Lol. The majority of rp servers are not optimized and are using way too many resources. Most likely esx and or vrp based, which means they haven’t tested the resources before using them. As they would know how bad it affects the client. I have no problems keeping 120fps on my esx server.

As stated previously, quite a lot of servers are running on bad systems. So that definitely won’t help your frames.

Hello, I wanted to know how you are getting 120fps on your server. I did a clean install of mine its only got the files from fivem that’s it. no mods nothing on the client side. I am only getting 60 fps when on the server. I get 120 on the load screen but not in-game.

the server it self-specs.

I was about to ask how many resources your using and what’s your total server file size. But if your getting only 60fps with a “blank slate” server your problem is your cpu. That’s a fairly old cpu, when compared to my localhost cpu (phenom ii x4 840) they are comparable in performance. My gaming pc cpu is a 7700k and i have a 1070 from zotac. Also only 8gb of your 16gb sytem ram is available. Try reducing background processes and lowering some graphic settings. Your probably pushing that 6300 too hard.

alright thanks for the input.

so you think this cpu will do me much better https://www.amazon.com/AMD-FX-8370-Octa-core-Processor-FD8370FRHKHBX/dp/B01798X7D2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1521663955&sr=8-1&keywords=FX-8370

Not really. Same architecture and basically same performance per core. The old piledriver\bulldozer architecture doesn’t really offer good performance per dollar. Just keep your 6300 for now and look into a mobo upgrade and cpu upgrade. If you live near a microcenter check out their bundle deals. If you want to stay with amd ryzen would be the way to go. Or an intel i5 7600k or non k model. The 1070 is a solid gpu, your bottleneck would be your cpu. Even with an 8370 i still believe it would bottleneck the 1070.

Thank you great information

Yeah I alt tabbed to look at my cpu in taskmanager I’m at 85% guess I’ll have to plan a big upgrade thanks for the support again
