for some reason my fivem server said this idk how to fix (i cleared all cache from previous error)

This would be a server issue. If you have cleared your cache, there is nothing wrong with your computer.
As previous user said, then it most likely appears to be an server issue. I’ve had same issues when connecting to some servers, so do not worry about this.
