Awaiting scrip?

Having the same issue here, although I’m very new to FiveM so I could just be doing something very wrong here.
Running a server locally to test and everything seems to work up to the point Awaiting Scripts displays, and the F8 console seems to be doing the whole “HandleRequest: POST” thing in the same manner of his screenshot, but each resource would keep popping up over and over again in the console. I gave it a little under an hour and it was still doing the same thing.

Same here, basic C# resource make “awaiting scripts” loading infinity .
UPD: Also installing vMenu (C#) and cfx-data from citizenfx GitHub also making awaiting scripts infinity.
