Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Avast
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
No But i Dont Wanna But cmon some safety :unamused:

Nothing Cuz I Dont Wanna Play GTA V fivem now
EDIT : i fixed it by disabling avast antivirus but i cannot play safetly now :roll_eyes:

either get rid of avast or make exeption for fivem in avast

Make an exception in your AVAST System. (Example: https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/Antivirus-scan-exclusions)
