Hoping you are having a wonderful day ! I had the same problem and found out an easy way out. See what kind of antivirus you have running on your computer and add the CFX.re forum link to the exceptions. This error comes up when a CRF is detected which is a protection features from antivirus

(Had the problem running on Bitdefender, just had to go in the antivirus setting and add in exception < forum.cfx.re >)
