What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have spent the last 6 hours googling and I keep finding posts about this error but none have the answer on how to fix it. I have deleted the prefs.json for the rockstar launcher. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I tried opening the game first and closing it then trying to use RedM. I get the error EVERY time. I am at my absolute witts end and am close to pulling my hair out. I have tried opening epic first and keeping the launcher closed. I have tried having both epic and the rockstar launcher open. Nothing works
