In-fact, don’t join this. The admin is abusive and bans people for some of the most retarded reasons. Eg I was doing military rp and get banned for ‘advertising servers’ WTF?!

This attitude is probably the problem. The best thing to do is act mature and email their admins and ask for a meeting and discuss your options with them.
Servers deal with multiple trolls and abusive people everyday, don’t be one of them.
