Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Tried disbaled, not working
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? nop (but Steam as Admin)

Also add what you already tried so far.

I already played on Server but now it does not work anymore. I just start RedM via doubleclick, when the menu should show up, screens is flickeing black a second an then the errror appears,
