Tried reinstalling RedM, Reinstalling RDR2, tried to use RDR2 online via Steam, did multiple starts to see if it was just happening at a regular interval, Searched for any other answers on this and there is NOTHING. Please help and look into this error because several people are going unnoticed on this error. Based on my guess, it has to do with Vulkan and allocation of memory for the GPU.
