I exclude a backdoor because nothing could indicate it…

I would say the 12 Powershell windows are a pretty strong indicator.

Server arifact version is oudated

This is not a bug. You have downloaded a resource that contained malware. It infected your machine and every time you update the artifacts it will revert to some malicious version. You will likely need to restart the entire server from scratch and not download resources from shady sites.
