Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

i’ve tried to delete the caches file uninstall and download multiple times

The We're getting there, and it WILL be worth the wait screen always indicates an issue with another application blocking FiveM from starting.

You mentioned you disabled your antivirus software, but please make sure everything is closed and exited in the Task Manager.

As such, please show us a screenshot of your Task Manager after you have done so

okay thx i was stupid and it was only some of the antivirus on my pc that were turned off it works now and it was because of the antivirus
