Please fill out the full technical support template. Without any other information, we do not know what is going on.

To start:

  1. add screenshots of your GTA folders
  2. add screenshots of your FiveM folder
  3. and also upload your latest CitizenFX.log file that is under your FiveM Application Data folder (usually %localappdata%\FiveM). The file may be called CitizenFX
