Anyone looking to start a FiveM server?

Been looking to start a FiveM server for a while now, but I want to find someone who would be dedicated, this probably seems like self-promoting, but it genuinely isn’t… How do I find people like these who are dedicated? I’ve been looking for a long long time.

Keep in mind, at least have 2 of these factors.
Maturity
Past experience with FiveM
Past experience with FiveM Management
Past experience with FiveM Development
Experience with Developing in general. EG. Lua, Scripts, Javascript, and visualstudio.
If possible Have a Working VPS with a FiveM server running on it. (you do not need to have this, however, if you do it would be great)
