Ok, so it’s a script, not a mod.
It’s simply a 3d text, look at this: 3D Text above cyrcle(marker/trigger)

I don’t know if there’s a resource to do that. You basicly need to add “Draw3DText” function in a client script (existing or a new one) and a loop that use the function every frame.
