Any way to change textures to MP peds server-side?

So I have tried to replace textures for MP ped clothing the same way to replace vehicles in my FiveM server.

Above is a link to a screenshot of the folder I have to see if I missed any .meta files

Upon starting the server in the console it tells me the resource folder with my mpped textures in it has started, yet when going in game the textures are not there. I reckon I have missed something very simple but after many attempts to fix it I have no idea.

Not possible, u can do it client side, but not server
