I was in few servers and the players is mooving smoothly there…
The FPS was like 90-110 and it feels very soft, anyone got any tips for server optimize and fps improvment?
I saw a guide one month ago how to optimize a server but I lost it.

Optimize ADDON cars and clothes.
Generally FPS depend mostly on resources and mods you installed on the server, i recommend checking resmon ingame, you can also use the profiler to see which pieces of code are causing lags.
For Mods, you can use strmem 1 and strdbg 1 to see the loaded/queued textures and models, oversized ones will be shown there which you can optimize or remove
